Refunds and exchanges
All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at tyragcrafts@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will gladly replace broken glass items free of cost.
